how do you take out the 100a main fuse for 1997 240sx s14.?

Hi i have accidentally blew my main fuse (100A) in my car.nothing in the car work. ecept for the ignition. but the only blown one i found is the main 100A one. and i cannot take it out. I have tried everything to take it out but it just wont budge. Can anyone please help me and show me how to take out the blown 100A fuse so i can install the newly bought one? ive tried pulling it, using needle nose pliers, but it just wont budge. please help. i really need the car running.
