Is there a way with our Navi system to just select a town or city as the destination without having a street address.

This weekend my girlfriend was driving my car to a small town to a wedding. Did not have the street address of the church, but i could tell her how to get to the church once she got into town. But, i couldnt figure out how to make just the town be the destination.

Once again had to toss my trusty $129 Tom Tom in the car to lead the way.

You should be able to skip the address screen. It is somewhere when you are in the screen itself entering a destination. I did that when I went to Vegas to see if there was a faster way than the 15 freeway. I just skipped the address and said Las Vegas. It took me to the center of the strip.

Instead of using the "street address" function select by "map". Up comes the map and you use the arrow keys to scroll to the town/city you are going to. When the hash is on the town you want you hit the center key. Easy.
