How do you replace speedometer lights

I have a Maxima 2001, the speedometer lights are not working, though the fuses are OK. How do you dismantle the unit and how do you replace the bulbs. If there are any diagrams and how to do it procedures, your help in this regards will be much appreciated. Thanks. Maxima2001http

i know you have a different kind of lighting than my max but to remove the gauge cluster - remove 2 screws on top of the plastic shroud, then 3 (1 on top, 2 on bottom) from the cluster, unplug the wiring and wiggle it out - a PITA without taking off the steering wheel but doable.
