how do you replace a rack and pinon on 94 Q45

well now that I have replaced my front and rear Cats on passenger side. My car started to make a knocking noise. I took the car back to the muffler mechanic and he said my boot is tore and I need to replace my rack and pinon. My car is getting worse by the minute and I need to repair before it gets too bad.

Can someone please tell me how do I do that? I have checked the field repair manual and it explains the removal of the rack and pinon, but how do I get to it?

I would appreciate any and all help you can offer and visuals would be helpful. ;)

If the steering rack is not leaking, you can just remove the tierod and slip on a new boot.
The Q45 and 240sx steering rack stuff is nearly identical, here's a nice write-up with pictures:
