Mu is M in Greek and just pronounced like English "M"M,u is an example of a Capital M and a small case M Krusty Burger "Mmmmmmmm"

In Modern Greek it would be 'meeeee'

mew, moo, mee, mmmmmmmm............ask the company how they pronounce it.

I've heard "mew" and "moo" from different professors. I've noticed my math professors like "moo" and physics like "mew". Guess it depends on which camp you like better. I say "mew".

Pronunciation is correct, but it is usually used to represent the coefficient of friction. Makes sense when you think about what they make...(brakes:))
