How do you program electronic key 02 Q45

I had a quick look at the FSM but I don't find where to program a replacement key. My spare key that came with the car works as a keyless entry remote but will not turn the ignition on or unlock the steering column. My nearest Infiniti dealer is 3 hours away and I don't think a regular Nissan dealer can help. Any ideas would be great..

When I bought my Q45 it only came with one key. I bought a spare key from E-bay and I had it programed for my car while getting some recall work done. The delaership did it for free. I also had a new battery put in for free.

Too bad the dealership is so far away, but I think thats the only way to do it.
