you need to put the pictures online, either a buddies server, or on somewhere like yahoo that wll allow you a certiam amount of online space to upload your pictures to.

whenyou got it online them you use the *IMG* button when posting a message and paste the *address* or *URL* in the required filed, or you can simply put the image address in the image tage - [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] without the spaces..

e.g. [ IMG ]http://www.freewebspace.com/mypics/one.jpg[/IMG]

and that should be it, if you want to link to someone elses image just right click it, choose properties, and copy the location of the file (highlight and control/command & c) and paste it imbetween the [ IMG } tags or in the IMG button when posting a link
