There are plenty of rollover accidents recently, especially with high center of gravity vehicles i.e. SUVs, Jeeps, Vans etc. I think it's a good idea they're implementing this in all the post 2010 vehicles.aricbeemer wrote:Yup when the switch to make cars safer which I think started in 2005 did that make the roof strength any better as well?

I'm not too concerned with the ratings. There are about a zillion other causes of death. Just keep it rubber side down.
