how do you get to the control panel

I cant seem to find the USer CP button that used to be around, I cant find anyway to change my password and avatar

How do you guys get there, wheres the hidden treasure??!!! (look over here!) --------->

Is there a generic link to log out of your account? The one to the right has a session ID.

That's what it looked like... It kind of sucks, I can't put up links that log people off for lolz...
