How do You get at the front side running lights - from inside/out?

Don't have a FSM yet and how this is done is not obvious (to me). So to replace the bulbs in the front side marker lights, do I go in from inside removing the liner, etc. or do they (wonderfully) pop out from the outside?

Sorry, you get at 'em from the top, after removing the side bay cover. Pretty easy - just careful of the screw holders on the covers - they have a tendency to pop out and fly all over the garage floor.
