how do you clean ur interior carpet?

My carpet inside my car seems to be building up alot of dirt, since my area rains and snows alot, and i dont have all season floor matts.

The matts itself is not hard to clean, but the carpet itself seems like a difficult task.

any suggestions? and/or products to use

i would try a portable steam cleaner or something of that nature, i would just do a search on the internet for them , you can find them for under a 100 bucks

i use it in the car (seats and floor), clothes, home carpet, or anything else that gets stains. i buy it at walmart in the auto department. its like 3 and some change and it has a money back guarantee but i guarantee you wont need it! i've used it on numerous things and it takes anything outta anything. including blood, oil, pet stains, ANYTHING!!!!

YEs it works, also try interior stuff cleaner because it has a brush at the end which if used correctly will have great results. I used this in my other car.

yeah i just use a white towel with it to scrub things that are deep down and it works great....i can see the stain lifting before i even start scrubbing !

I made the mistake of shoving a six foot stuffed clown in my back seat (and trunk), while trying to take it out, it's neck ripped open and it started "bleeding" everywhere.

by the time we got it out, my rear floors were covered in little white balls of styrofoam all the way up to the rear seats. I drove to the $1 car wash place to use their vacuum and about 2months later i am still finding little white balls here and there :'(
