Is there anyway to change shift points on an automatic? When I'm trying to cruise normal first gear will keep going until 4k-5k RPMS then shift and second gear does the same thing but third and forth are good. I'm just looking to change the points cause revs like that everyday for a daily isn't fun including I can see the gas gauge fall when I'm just trying to cruise. In order for it to change gears a I have to let off the gas slightly then the gear will advance to the following gear.

Hey get the HKS ALC it'll do wonders for your autobox. I bought one several months ago and it's the best mod I've done. It improves faster shifting, almost feels like a sequential transmission.

Two things, from experience:
1. When the Z32 AT acts like that, it's about to go...or at best is not healthy.
2. The HKS ALC2, while fun and all, destroys weak Z32 AT's.
Personal experience here from my '90 NA, I had gotten my AT working well with upgraded fluids and changing that fluid more often but then the ALC2 was installed and took it out in about a month- then it was 5 speed swap time.

Well the previous owner had a used transmission installed cause the last one went out on him. It'll shift if I don't let up but it'll Rev to high making me worry cause I'm just throwing cash out the exhaust at that point and it's bad to constantly run it that high hah

Definitely check the tps, and try changing out your trans fluid for new or as I did, new with additives to restore the seals and it worked great for years.
Mine acted exactly as you say yours does until I got that fluid changed (and NO TRANS FLUSH), and it acted far more normally until the ALC.

The tps is right after the intake tube correct on the right side held on by two bolts?

I looked up new ones and they're not that cheap if I were to get a new one that should fix the long first gears? And make it run smoother? I saw that Z1 makes one aswell

You want to test the tps, and adjust it if necessary. You want to test things first before blindly replacing things, the fsm has the test procedure and possibly more on your problem and is available here to download. Basically you will be looking for a correct voltage reading at certain points and to adjust it if necessary which may or may not fix the problem...if not, then move on to other tests/possibilities.
