how do u tell if the ecu is bad

i tried reseting the ecu turned the little screw all the way to the right waited and the red led never blinked at all and yes the key was in the on position does ne one know

take the cover off and check for a burnt circuit(s)

im sorry i dont know how to reset it but i do have one i can sell for like $40 shipped no problems all i did was upgrade to standalone

If the red light on the ecu stays on when the car is on it takes a couple of seconds to turn off

no the light doesnt come on at all

got it figured out the ecu is fried my boy came over with his car tried hookin up the ecu same thing with mine hooked his back up starts right thanx ne ways
