how do u tell a fake?

need fuel management so i'm gonna buy an safc ,here's the problem,how do u tell the real safc's from the fake?i like the black one but a week ago the buy it now was 300 now it's 200 (plus ship), how can u tell a fake, is it the box, can i ask for a serial # then research it?if they devalue that quick i'll just wait a couple of weeks n get one for a dollar!!!!! j/k

go to the apexi website. They have something on there to tell you the real ones from the fake ones.

i went there n the only fyi about fakes was the turbo timer.
