Try this:

- mask off any areas of the interior that you can't remove. This process makes a big mess that won't clean up easily.-take a sponge soaked in ammonia and apply it over the window tint.-use plastic film (I've tried regular garbage bags, black) spread over tint-side of the window to keep the ammonia in, and leave the car in a moderately sunny location.-leave the film to sit for a while with the bag and the ammonia, and definitely let the car vent the vapours by keeping the windows open.-after the bag has heated, remove it and slowly peel on the film, which'll now be a goopy mess.-Clean off the window with ammonia and then after drying and letting it sit, use a window treatment to restore the window's finish.
