how do u change out a speaker on Q45

i have a 94 Q45, the darn left rear speaker sounds as if it has blown...it pops like jiffy pop popcorn.... i tired going thru the trunk but the speaker seems enclosed in frame..and i can't seem to access it from the top near the back window!!! any help is appreciated. thanks
