Just got my new sedan and thinking about having the dealer install a rear spoiler. Does anyone know how they install it? Do they drill holes in the trunk. My salesman thinks they use 3m tape. If so, I could do it myself and save the I stallion cost. Any suggestions? Has anyone had a dealer install one? Does anyone have a picture of how they look installed? Thanks for any ideas and comments.

It depends on what kind of spoiler, there are lip spoiler which is very very light that you can use super 3M, for a bigger spoiler, you have to drill and bolt. But i think those sedans spoilers are light so yea 3M

I got mine installed a couple months ago. They have to drill a couple holes in the truck but it looks good. I'll post pics soon. I got my spoiler installed at a local body shop and they were way cheaper than the dealer. I only paid $50 for installation.
