how do I test injectors and spark plugs?

like the title says, whats the best way to test if my injectors are spraying correctly? and how do i test if my spark plugs are working good?

car is a 96 S14, KA24DE and i was wondering what all the spark plugs should look like when i pull them out.... i remember not too long ago i replaced my spark plugs and one of the plugs had oil on it.... now my car is doing this hesitation while driving and shakey engine thing thats gotten progressively worse since then... I replaced everything (MAFS, Fuel lines, Vacuum lines, ambient air temp, knock sensor, cleaned my IACV, etc.etc.etc.....) but my engine is still doin this crap...

so ive narrowd it down to injectors, spark plugs or something bad happening in my engine (piston ring, piston, leaky head gasket etc.)..... hoping its not the latter of the three....

Pull the cas and fuel rail away from the engine. With cas out and plugged in spin the gear with the key on. Your injectors well start to spray.out paper towels under them and observe the pattern. As far as spark you can do the same but my experience, if your coils ohm test good and plugs are fresh and gapped properly you should be fine.

so to test the injecters i remove the fuel rail and then crank the engine to see if its spraying properly? i guess that'd work... i'll try it tomorrow to see if itd work.. also gonna pull the spark plugs and then give an update.

No, you spin the cas gear by hand.

on my way home, the CEL came on. Checked the codes and i got "misfire in cylinder #2" and "evap solenoid valve malfunction" p0302 & p1447... so im just gonna go ahead and order some injectors tonight.
