Hey guys, as stated below, i'm looking at buying an S13 (92).

How do I tell if the car has VLSD, HICAS, ABS?

(yes, I've used the search button, but didn't turn up any helpful results)

nope I took a look at that too, but it doesn't offer much help to those items I listed

If it says "SUPER HICAS" on your rear 1/4 panel, you have all that. (Unless it's been painted over)If you don't (99% probability), then you don't.

and usually if it has hicas then it has a vlsd and abs. u can check the rear diff cover for an orange sticker, which are on vlsd's. you can get under the hood for a abs module thing. its hard to describe, its on the pass side and the brake lines go from the m/c to it then to the brakes.

also, an ABS light should appear in the dash somewhere when you start the car up.

hicas: look at your PS pump if you have 2lines coming out from the back of the pump it's hicas

vlsd: lift up your rear, drop the ebrake and spin the rear wheels. If they spin in same direction = vlsd IF NOT = open diff
