Use that. It's one of the better youtube downloader/ripper utilities I've found. Use the "download video from youtube" option first, then once that's done, go back and choose "convert video" and pick the file you just downloaded and change the "convert to" option to mp3.

If I own the song that I purchased, I feel I have every right to make a ringtone out of it . I refuse to pay twice. Not to mention the ringtone they sell is only 30 seconds long and they charge the same $.99 for a full length song.
