HOW DO I? Small Photo on left side?

How do I get a small photo on the left side of things that I post. I notice many many people have that and I feel left out.

Keep in mind: The maximum dimensions are 64 by 64 pixels.

Click the Change Avatar button on the lower right, it should take you to the Edit Avatar page. At the bottom of that page you'll see the Custom Avatar section. It allows you to either deisgnate a URL of an Avatar or upload one from your computer.
