Hey. i have just bought my second maxima and i bought both the cars in an area that is at sea level. i live in an area way way above sea level!! bringing them home both of their check engine lights came on at about the same place. so i read the codes and they are both saying knock sensor and rear heated o2 sensor. what i have been told is that they are on becasue of the drastic altitude change and reseting the ecu will get them to adjust and it will be fixed! so is this true and how do i reset the ecu on these cars? thanks!!

If the car is running fine, I would write down the codes, clear them, and see if they come back. There may not be a real problem
