How do i remove the windshield?? (and trim)

More specifically i need to properly remove the windshield trim/seal, I'm almost 100% that the side pieces are reusable and i don't want to damage them.

Basically, I'm prepping the car for paint, and my windshield is cracked. since I'm replacing the windshield after paint, i want to remove the trim so i don't have a chance of the window guys messing up my new paint putting in the new window.

The trim is just glued in. To pull the windshield you'll need a Cold Knife Just be gentile and take your time with it and you'll be fine.
