how do i remove the speed limiter

I have a 92 manul 240sx. I want to remove the speed limiter and I'm not shure how to go about taking it out. Please send all info on how to do this!!!

if you do a search, it will bring it right up. let me say though, that i dont think its a good idea, really not safe and there is no reason to go that fast when other people are on the road.
