How do I remove the rear wiper and motor?

I am trying to remove my rear wiper.

I took out the 3 10mm bolts on the motor under the FB but it is still being held in by the shaft going up to the actual wiper.

I tried searching, and many people commented on shaving the wiper, but never actually said how.

yes, i am having this same problem. Can anyone help? I know this is an old question, but I thought may as well use this thread. Anyone know how to remove the wiper motor?
