how do i remove the plug from the alternator clip..95 240sx

i tried lifting up on the tab and pulling but nothing happened, and i can't stick needle noses in their to get a grab on it either.

get a small flat head and push the tap. other than that, a lil force

I just did that crap Monday morning, what WC240 said....I used a flathead screwdriver in my left hand to push the tab in while I grabbed the plug and pulled side to side and it eventually popped out. It's a very cramped spot that makes it so hard to get to.
