To Loosen TURN: Clock Wise or Counterclock-Wise?

Thanks GUYS!

you can buy a stub instal/removal tool, it's a wierd biscuit looking thing with a hole in it, basically it pinches the shaft, or you can use pliers, vise grips ot whatever, either way it's recmoneded to replace the stud, or you can double nut it, put 2 nuts on the stud, tighten them together as tight as pissible, then simply grap one of them and turn the stud out using one of the nuts, if the nuts turn on the stud, you need to tighten them together more
