Does any one have any pics or links to show me how to remove the suspension parts and how to remove the rear panels to get access to the rear struts? Also is there only 2 bolts holding the front struts in on the tower or is it 3 because I can't see the 3rd one.

There are 3 upper bolts on the fronts. You need to remove the plastic cowl to get to them easily. It can be done with an extension but you run the risk of losing the bolt in there, it's ten times easier to just remove the plastic piece that runs across the front of the car below the windshield.

As for the rears you don't need to do anything inside the car. Just support the back of the car on jackstands and jack up the rear axle a little bit(this is to provide tension on the springs). Remove the lower shock bolt and slowly lower the jack to remove the old springs, insert new springs and reverse the procedure to put back together.

Did you have to replace the sealant and the double sided tape when you did yours?

The sealant I didn't bother replacing and it hasn't created any leaks that I can notice but I did replace the double sided tape because the tape got dirty and wouldn't stick anymore.
