How do I remove the door paneling and or pillar, and kick plate paneling?

I know this is a question that requires a long draw out answer, but that's exactly what I need if someone would be kind enough to help me out. I just received my illuminated QX56 chrome door sills and would like to try and install them myself. Does anyone know of a website that would provide pictures and instructions how to remove the pillar, and kick plate paneling? I would settle for just the instructions but pictures would be sooo much better lol. I'm sure I can figure it out by myself but I would rather have help so I don't damage my QX thru trial n error.

If you have an armada, please advise as well, we all know they are the same. I have a few mods and additions to my QX and I will be sure to post pics after this mod here for sure.
