Ok, i took the horn pad off and underneath is the horn triangle thing. How in the heck do i remove that? I've pulled, pushed up and then pulled, pushed in and turned clockwise. I can't get the thing to budge. Please help I'm wanting to change out my steering wheel but I can't even get to the wheel bol! please help again.

Isn't the puller just for getting the wheel off? If so, I can't get the horn cover off to get that far.

There are a series of screws behind the steering wheel, make sure you got all of em. Those are important for removing lots of parts.

Once you have the horn pad off, there should be a series of wires.that you can disconnect and what not.

I'm guessing you have an 89-94 240sx right?

It shouldn't be terribly hard, maybe if you take a picture of where you are at right now w/ the progress, we can tell you what to do.

Ok, after i get the cover off I'm looking at the white triangle with the horn sensor pad thing on it and that's as far as I can get at this moment. Everything I need to unfasten and what not is behind this horn device. I've pulled pushed and the darn thing won't budge

do u have an airbag? if not... peel off the black rubber cover, pull off the white piece and unbolt the big bolt, like a 19 mm or something then pull on the wheel hard only babies use pullers just make sure you dont hit yourself in the face when it breaks loose. then you have the stub of the column right in your face and the hub bolts right on.

Pull the front cover off - disconnect cruise control wires if needed, make sure all the bolts are disconnected. Mount your steering wheel puller twist twist twist, pop - it'll come off. We'll need some pics to help you any further dude.

Use the idea, that's for an s14 w/ airbag, so if you have 89-94 (which you still haven't told anyone if you have or not like I asked in my first post), then you don't have to do anything w/ the dashboard.

I have a 1990 240 sx. And that last link had nothing to do with this horn plate. It just goes into this removing the airbag speal which I don't have.

Where are these bolts? I keep looking for this little plastic door thing that is supposed to come off but I don't have one. all i have are a few screws to undo on the wheel and behind it and that's it but they don't really do anything for as far as I need them to
