How do I recalibrate my Cluster?

I took my cluster apart on my 04' G35 to see what type of LED's I would need to replace some colors.
I've located which ones but now my Cluster is all jacked up. None of the gauges are accurate. I called Infiniti
and they said that they don't mess with them, they send them out. That I will probably need to buy a new one.

I've seen that people have done what I'm trying to do somewhere before. So they must have had the same
problem. Can someone help me with how to fix it. It's not bad, so I don't need to buy another one.
