On the menu bar you will see "FAQ". Within the FAQ is directions to post pictures.

If you would like a QUICK and EASY way of posting an image, just go to http://www.imageshack.us/

and use this method =>

It takes less than 10 seconds (not considering the image's upload time since that depends on your connection's speed )
