How do I put factory or factory similiar Nav in 06 G35

I really like the factory nav for the G35 but bought my car used. How can I put in a factory or similiar without breaking the bank? Please help

i had a brand new 04 cts non nav, i installed the factory unit which by chance used the infinity dvd. i had to buy it from the ifinity site. anywhoo I have now have a 2006 g35, been searching for the same mod info and cant find it anywhere!!!! someonw has to have done it on the g35
