How do I post an ad for sunroof deflector?

I've got 10 posts, but when I go to try and post an ad, it says I am not allowed. I had the dealer take my deflector off when I bought my A/C, but they wouldn't take $100 off the price and said just keep the thing. I figured to try and get $60 for it since it is still like new...
