How do I loosen the drive belt on my 1995 Maxima?

I am trying to replace my water pump on my 95 maxima and i cant get to it because i cant loosen the drive belt. Any ideas?

There is a pully that is not attached to any working component. There is a long nut right above that pully. Loosen the nut that holds the pully to the pully shaft, then turn the long nut above the pully and it will release tension from the belt.
