i have a 90 & the same thing happened. if i pushed the button i heard clicking inside the door, it was the plastic relay box inside the door panel near the back of the door, it's about 3-4 inches long, 2 inches wide & 1 inch tall. i broke it open & the solder connections had broken loose, i re-soldered them & it works fine. (wiggle the plastic connector while pushing the button to make sure it's the relay box before you go breaking it open), good luck...

take the door panel off and find the motor. connect a hot wire to the appropriate connection on the motor. if the window goes down, the motor is fine. keep backing through the system until it doesn't work anymore. a wiring diagram from the FSM would help quite a bit. if you can't find one online, just have your dealer make you a copy of that page.
