undo the 3 phillips head screws holding it in, unplug connector, then put new one in place and screw it in and plug in the connector. make sure to use the right size screwdriver, otherwise they can strip.

You'll need a screw driver 10 and 12 mm sockets and drivers from them. also a extender for the driver

B/c we are working with stuff that deals with power. Disconnect your battery.

next remove the door card. There is a screw to the right. This will be covered Also, Remove the handle and window switch. It will be covered. That is also a screw. lift the handle from the handle side with your window switch if I can recall right. Next disconect the wires running to it. Then you can remove the card by pulling up from the bottom.

After all that this is what you get to seeDisconnet the amp and remove the amp and handle. (the black thing is the amp) These are screws

One more screw and your set.The last screw is for the weather strip. Its going to be on your top left.I removed this b/c the glass all gets stuck on it and rips all to little parts.

The regulator itself is held in by four bolts. Two top center one and two bottome one off center to the right.

The top ones

The bottom ones

B/c you still have your glass installedYour need to remove these screws. These screws are for fitment. How high they roll up. They can be found on the top left and right. They have two parts to them. The L looking things and the screw. Very hard to put back in. When putting everything together the "L" should be upside down. Letting the dish thing on the window up.

I forgot to add disconnet the connector to reulator

Everything disconnect or removed just wiggle it out of place.

This is a very fast write up. More like a guideline. I'm not responsibility for any damages done to your car.

good luck

I just saw that you have a S14. I have a S13 so, I don't know if it going to be the same deal or not. But ones more good luck.

also forgot to add. There are going to be screws or screws (can't recall) for the window itself. But ones you get the old regulator out you'll understand. Just make sure that screws have the little rubber pads so the don't brake the window as you screw it back in. Just swap everything to the new reg. Then with everything in place make sure adjment are made with the top outer screws. You don't want to be slamming the glasses on the top breaking it. Its always to have too low and move up if needed. To move side to side. The four bolts the hold the reg move at an angle if I can recall. So, there are many ways to move the glass window into place.
