I have been trying to fit this f***er in for at least 2 hours and no luck.

I've tried piston all the way in, mostly in, completely out and it just won't sit.

Every single link I find online, says it should be easy but its just not sitting.

Any advice?

What do you mean? Can you explain more?

Are you saying you can't mount the caliper on the rotor? Or does this have something to do with the dust shield? Are these normal s13 brakes? s14? You need to be less vague.

I am talking about the dust BOOT that goes over the piston inside the caliper

I can easily put the piston back into the caliper but I cannot get the dust BOOT to sit inside the caliper once I put the piston in.

There is a lip the dust boot pops into on the caliper and it just isn't fitting.

There's a neck on the caliper, just use your fingers to put it on there. It doesn't require any special tools.

I've been trying with my fingers, with a screw driver, with a pick, and nothing. It just won't sit.

I've even tried to clean the groove- now I see bare metal.

It's seriosuly not that hard. It takes like 10 seconds. I think you're putting it in the wrong place. Is that picture you posted yours? If it is, the one one the left is correct, just slip that extra piece hanging off on the ACTUAL CALIPER there's a neck thing for it.

I wish it wasn't this hard but its not going in.

Those pictures are of dust boots because someone was asking what is a dust boot.

This is not my caliper but this is I'll post this for illustrative purposes

With the piston out, I can squeeze the lip of the dust boot in but once I put the piston in, it just doesn't go into the neck

I know im long past the post date, but im having the same exact problem. I have rebuilt many calipers before but have never seen such difficult dust boots. Any advice would be great.
