How do i go about testing y im not getting spark?!

im tryin to find this out? I bought a multimeter and tested for resistance, but how do i find out whats causing my sr not to get spark. At first i thought it was my ignitor but i bought one that is in guaranteed working order but im still not gettin spark. zer...age=4 heres my other thread jus thought id make this one since im tryin to get an answer!! im new to this electrical thing so i need to learn the methods of testing can someone help me out i need to get this started so bad!

P.S.- can i take a test light and check for power will that work?
