How do I get rid of an Automobile Cip in Socal?

I have two of them that I need to get rid of. Pick a part and Ecology wont touch them unless I have paper work. What is the easiest way to get rid of them? Please help...

sawzall & scrap metal yard, plus they'll give you money (by weight)

Yeah, I ended up cutting them with a saws all. Took 4 hours a peice and got a wopping 14 bucks and some change for two Aristo clips. Oh, well. I needed to get rid of them bf my nieghbors think im running a chop shop. Man, I even posted on craigslist for free for sombody to take them, nothing. Never again!!!!
