how do I get in the guide?

hey guys, I put the chain on, and I put the tensioner on but I can't get the left guide on...it seems like the chain is just in the way and there is too much tension to get it in. any tips? thanks guys

the book told me to put the chain on first and thats what I did

remove the tensioner, install the guides, then reinstall the tensioner.

so put the chain on, then put the guides in, then put the tensionor on? and another thing. how do I get the right guide off? with an allen wrench?

yes.

iirc, it uses allen screws. so yes.
