First secure a Factory Service Manual, in the mean time download the 33 Meg pdf version for 1994.http://www.phatg20.net/modules...id=62

The jump from carbs, single coil & plug wires, distributor can be daunting at first.

Next thing I suggest you do is go to the rear of your car and read the name on the trunk.

I think you'll ifnd it says Infiniti.

Welcome to NICO.

This should help you get the codeshttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=60332And the link Q45tech provided should help you start to use them to diagnose/resolve your issues.

As he mentioned, though you've worked on V8's before the move to non-carbed/coil on plug mototrs can be new territory.

Amazing, and yet so typical.

At least one of you knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Life's a b**** and then you die. No sense in sweating the small stuff.
