i have completely and totally disassembled the cd player and put it back together, it still has not solved the problem. i'm about 1 day away to taking bolt cutters, chopping the thing to shreds, retrieving my cds, and buying a kenwood deck at a store and call it a day. sending it to a shop for repair is out of the question, cause i can get a new single disc kenwood/pioneer/alpine for 100 bucks and never worry about it again. anyone have a step by step tut on how to fix this so i can get my cds out and never use the cd player again? or better yet how to just fix it? this is got me so angry at this stupid head unit... i use the cd player probably.... once a month, i got 3 new cds the other day and put them in while i trolled around town... i pressed one disc while it was changing to another, and got the error. now they are all eaten. when i plugged it back in, after putting it back together it says "no cds found" now. grrreeeaaatt. i had it torn open and i'm just sitting there, staring at my discs in the player, tried to pull them out, but no success. they are stuck unless i just rip it open and ruin it.
