how do i fix my headlights

ok i have a 92 240sx coupe and my headlight are stuck down but they turn on and my brights workfine they do not go up and down?? i got the car from a guy that i dont think he new wat he was doing there was no front end on ther car

Most of the time if you have traced ALL the wires to the light motors to make sure that they are connected and not shorted out, then it is the relay fuse located under your air cleaner on the front drivers side. Its a $10 part max so just buy a new one and replace it. That should fix it.

i put all new relays fuses in and nothing changed

Have you tried using a simple light electrical tester to see if there is power all the way up to the motors? Start at the light motors(passenger side first) an work your way back until you find power. If you have power to the motors then it might just be that the motors need to be replaced. I would by some out of a junk yard before i spent the money on new ones.9 times out of 10 i find that the simplest solution is usually the answer to the problem.
