I had my AGX's set the 8 in the back and 3 in the front. Would changing these make my launch any better (im sure it would). I cut a 2.2 60' with mud and snow tires but i know for sure i can do better with a better suspension setup and drag radials.
Set the front rebound to 100% hard, rear rebound to 100% soft and try it again.
Lower air pressure to about 28 psi, and no burnout.
Wheel hop is a result of compliance and subframe movement. The main two factors are the large subframe bushings and the differential mounting bushings in some cars.
You can also lessen the effect by running a lighter tire and wheel in the back.
