I don't know how to get my boyfriend to start playing video games again. He seems to really enjoy them but won't allow himself to get wrapped up in it because he's with me. Personally, I think it's a healthy thing to have interests and hobbies even if it means sitting on your butt and escaping into a world of fantasy.Any suggestions as to how to get him to pamper himself and trust me when I say, "if you want to play, PLAY."

I dunno, try looking for some online type game that you can play together. Or maybe an MMO like City of Heroes, WoW, etc.

He sounds like the kinda guy who is very clingy, and once he starts dating someone he drops everything and wants to spend every minute with her. Then the chick gets fed up, dumps him, and he returns back to his hobbies. Of course I dont know the guy so its all speculation.
