Search for IACV there was a writeup... really you just take it off and spray it with carb cleaner.

Supposedly you can blow throttle cleaner through the metal tube just a little beyond the other side of the ECCS.
I did it and now the car won't start

i took off mine cuz it idled rough and sprayed the crap out of it at all angles with throttle body and intake cleaner. it works perfect now
