how do i check for vacumn and boost leak on my sr?

i want to know a way to check for vacumn and boost leak on my sr? a friend told that my vacumn should be a 20 and mine is at 16-17. on my boost its set at stock to hold at 7psi but when it gets to 7psi it starts to come down it doesnt hold the pressure. do you guys kno of any way to check for these?

Search on here & google & other forums for "boost leak tester", or "check boost leak".

I just did a search on google rite now, and "boost leak tester" should give you good enough results based on the first page alone.
