This might be a fairly dumb question, but i was wondering how i can change my engagement point on my clutch pedal. The engagement is pretty high on my clutch pedal and my friend's corolla engages right off the floor. Is it just the freeplay nut? Once i loosened the freeplay nut it just spun freely. Nothing moved at all. I just tightened it back the way it was. No change in the point of engagement or anything. Is there something i'm missing? bleed the clutch perhaps? What change will a clutch bleed result in? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance.

You loosen the nut and turn the rod that connects the pedal arm to the master cylinder.
