How do I change dash board color?

I wanted to ask if there is a way to change the lights on the dash board, the one that shows speed and horsepower? I don't want to change the bulbs like to replace bulbs, I wants to have my dash a completely different color to match my seat covers. Please help if you know how to change this.

If you are asking about the "dashboard" color, you can paint it with interior / vinyl paint.

There is no "horsepower gauge". It's an RPM gauge that shows engine speed in Revolutions Per Minute (RPM).
